So we must build this Qur anice city with obeying Qur an and Eslam.
In Qur anic city giving commands and prohibition and worshiping God are two elements which must appear in every person in society .
There is an important subject that in Qur anic city at first God and then Qur an must appear in people of that society and then in society in other words , important rople in Qur anic city is for people .
Qur anic city is a city that people have sensitivity about abnormal actions and they correct them selves and also other people .
Achievement in the Qur anic city ,needs to use concept of Qur an to answer need of people , all of these needs have come in Qur an for every people and we must search them.Qur anic city is a city that beliefs , culture and societal contact are according to learnings in Qur an and method of prophet and Emams , who are true commentators of Qur an .

But why is Estahban Qur anic city?
All of people know that Estahban has and had a bright record in religious and Qur anic actions .
This city was city of scientists and antecedents like Ayatollah Mirza agha Estahbanati – Hazrat Ayatollah mohammad Bagher Estahbanati shahid Rabea - shahid Hojjat ol Eslam Faghihi and other scientists that causes this city has other name ;small Najaf.
Yeligion and strict belief of people in thic city in Eslam and Qur an is famous .
We must pay attention to this point that in one village of Estahban that has 1250 people populutions ,30 persons ,memorize all of Qur an and have important positions in Qur an in the world.
There are institutions and different centers for teaching Qur an in Estahban which their masters and teachers are prominent , according to these actions until now ,200 persons can memorize allof Qur an in this city.
There is weekly sessions of Qur an in mosques and young people introduce with learning s of Qur an that is miracle of our prophet presence of people in different fields of revolution especially in cere monies , walking and going to pray on Friday and protection of our leader and protection of policy of governmental people ,giveing martyr and giving janbaz and Azadeh and presence of active mobilizations .(Basijian) are pride of this city.
People of this city vote revolution 100 percent and many women in Estahban have veil and people pray at beginning time and all of these actions are like pearl for this city .yes Estaban is like it
This love and devotion of different people .their ability and interest cause that with presence of some managers and cultural and religious people of this city especially congregation Emam and honourable governor of this city and during different sessions one plan as Qur anic city was prepared. The aim of this plan is short time ,long time and middle time and in this plan according to sessions and many expertise work in Estahban and fars province were performed , this plan was accepted .
These steps are important in this plan :
1-creating suitable field for introducing people with learnings of Qur an .
2-Introducing human ,family ,market ,school and university according to Qur an and try to achive them.
3- Introducing abnormal action to people and try to omit them.
4-creating suitable fields for researchers.
5-creating apparent and architectural field for general and Qur anice field of city.
6-trying for do best our duty about Qur an and its learnings .
7- Introducing patterns and strengthen them.in this plan ,we predict that there is a council with real and legal people as high council of Estahban .
This council exercises politics and by secre ariate work –Establishe a council for spreading Quranic learning in all of offices and cultural centers Establishing a collage for Qur an .
And a high school for learning"s of Quran –Establishing a kindergarten of Quran and a Quranic museum and creating a Quranic garden and try for creating Quranic and architectural city are the programs of this plan.
We predict achievement of Qur anic goals in this city and in this connection, some actions were performed that we explain one by one:
1- one of the most important goals in this city is building a Qur anic sciences college .
According to different sessions held and continual actions , in trip of Ayatollah khameneie in Fars province ,
One Milli yard toman during 2 years was given for this action . this money was from resources of province and foundations .so until now with help of managers , work of ground , map , and study for building of this collage is done and the act of perfor m ance othis collage dependent on selection of contractors and to put out to tender .So wehope that over the next months and with help of managers of foundations , the physical action of this collage can be started.
2- suitable propagandas in the city especially in nowrooz for public spacious.
3- formation of council for spread of Qur anic learnings in the offices of this city which until now ,formation ofit in some offices is done and make some decision for it.
4-recently with starting of secretariat in this city which is in governor ship and holding different sessions and with help of God , some ground work for per for mance of this goal in this plan that is a cultural impressive work is done And if god wants every people with oneself ability and with humanity of per formace in this plan and with help of people , can do his duty for this goal. we hope that with trying best and with help of every people in society and with strict ness and rigid work this plan with satisfaction of god can spread.
5-Qur anic year of this city starts from beginning of ramazan and one week in aban every year is a Qur anic week and this time has a specific slogan.
Slogan of this year is Qur anic city – Qur anic family.
Absolutely every action can spread divine learnings and has wonder ful impression in guidance of society especially young people and it can rise and progress and bring pros perity for the society . In this difficult and dangerous way ;we want God to help us and hope that all of us can be in cluded this divine word:

Every person that do warfare for God , God guide him in his way .we expect that every lover of Quran and Emams , and educated people and managers of society do their best and with giving plans and suggestions and basic programs and also with spiri tual and material protection help as proceed with and plan as soon as passible
